following list will help identify most of the information needed for our bank to make an informed decision about your project
loan request:
1. In letter form, a brief property description and plans for development(improvements)

2. Resume of all principals

3. Copy of purchase agreement (if buying)
4. Copy of corporation papers,
ie. LLC and operating agreement
5. Certificate of good standing for corp. (can be done later)
6. Environmental (phase 1) (if available)
7. Title or entitlement on property…(copy
of deed if construction loan)
8. Pictures of property / maps (in appraisal)
9. Current balance sheet (not more than
90 days old)
* 2 years business tax returns.
* 2 years financial statements and current interim statement.

2 years personal tax returns of all owners (20% or more)
* Personal Financial Statement of all owners
(20% or more ownership)
* Appraisal (first few pages) or current market value.
